For as little as $5.00 per month, you can make an impact! Donations are automatically deducted from a bank account or charged to your credit card, so once you enroll, there is nothing more you need to do.

• Your gift of $5 per month will provide a book to 10 children at their well-child visit through the Westside Family Health Center Reach Out and Read Program. ($60 annually)
• Your gift of $10 per month will provide prenatal vitamins for 5 women during their entire pregnancy. ($120 annually)
• Your gift of $25 per month will provide an uninsured patient with a health care visit, including labs, imaging, medication, and health education. ($300)
• Your gift of $50 per month will provide a one-day vaccine clinic for the community. ($600)
• Your gift of $100/month will provide sexual education and reproductive health services, including screening, diagnosis, and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases for 10 young people. ($1200)
