Westside Family Health Center is directly adjacent to one of the busiest on/off ramps of the 405 Freeway in West Los Angeles.
Our building is highly visible from both the 405 South and 405 North (which feeds into the I-10 freeway one mile away) delivering hundreds of millions of impressions annually.
The total number of impressions per year for the 2 signs (side of building on/off ramp and back of building, 405 North and South) is 628,895,000.
This is one of the most desirable locations for advertising and brand marketing. But there is a challenge. Billboards are prohibited. However, we have the solution.
By offering naming rights on our building, a partner would have highly visible signage on three sides of the building: the west side, which faces the 405 Freeway, the south side, which faces the Washington Boulevard entrance and exit for the 405 Freeway, and the main entrance which faces east, and is visible to those traveling north and south on heavily trafficked Sepulveda Boulevard.
In addition, the North freeway entrance and stoplight on Washington Boulevard are positioned next to the WFHC south facing wall, offering prominent placement and high visibility in one of the busiest locales.
The building naming rights have already been permitted through all appropriate government agencies.
WFHC’s goals are to improve the patient care experience, improve the health and outcomes of the patient population, and reduce per capita costs of patient care. WFHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Westside Family Health Center’s Federal Tax ID # is 95-2931931.
