Westside Family Health Center (WFHC) accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status.
Our federally funded healthcare program allows WFHC to offer a wide range of services to patients through a sliding-fee scale. We also take Medi-Cal and various forms of insurance. Please call (310)450-2191, at extensions 215, 234, 246 or 247 to see if we serve your health plan. For more information about Covered California visit, www.coveredca.com.

If you are not a U.S. citizen, you are still encouraged to bring in proof of income and address verification as you may be eligible for a variety of no-cost or low-cost health care programs.
These documents are used solely for determining your eligibility for health care programs and will NOT be submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) or Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
