Sarah Diroy, LCSW, originally from San Francisco Bay Area, provides counseling, individual psychotherapy, and patient advocacy at Westside Family Health Center (WFHC). Sarah has been providing mental health services in the Federally Qualified Health Care setting since 2017 and has been with WFHC since September of 2020.
Sarah’s clinical experience includes working with youth and families involved in the foster care and juvenile justice system, providing school-based counseling services, conducting outpatient individual therapy for patients across the life span, and delivering integrated care within multi-disciplinary teams.
Sarah applies her humor, creativity, and warmth to build collaborative and personable relationships with patients and team members here at WFHC and is currently working to further develop WFHC’s mental health department to help comprehensively meet the needs of the patient population. Sarah’s passions include: spending time with loved ones, cooking, laughing, traveling and writing.
WFHC’s goals are to improve the patient care experience, improve the health and outcomes of the patient population, and reduce per capita costs of patient care.
