"The world may be broken, but hope is not crazy." -John Green
Emma Nace, FNP, grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she obtained her bachelor’s in nursing from the University of San Francisco, and worked with the San Francisco Department of Public Health. She fell in love with Los Angeles after moving to pursue her graduate studies at UCLA, and residency with the West LA VA’s Homeless Patient Aligned Care Team.
She has worked at WFHC since 2021, and loves working with her diverse and unique Culver City community and talented colleagues. Her practice includes both general and reproductive health, and she believes that health care can be a powerful instrument of individual and community empowerment.
As a provider she seeks to make accessible the most up to date medical research, while centering the patient’s priorities and experiences. In her personal time she is an avid reader, musician, and board game addict.
WFHC’s goals are to improve the patient care experience, improve the health and outcomes of the patient population, and reduce per capita costs of patient care. WFHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. Westside Family Health Center’s Federal Tax ID # is 95-2931931.
