Getting older doesn’t have to mean losing your health. At WFHC we believe the earlier the better and partner with you to design a roadmap to good health. Our Healthy Aging program examines your lifestyle, family history and other factors, and educates patients on the importance of healthy eating and the importance of keeping your mind and body active. We test for chronic conditions including diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and asthma. In addition to screening, we work with you to treat and manage your condition whether it’s through medication or adjustments to your diet or lifestyle.
