Westside Family Health Center’s staff includes physicians, nurse practitioners, midwives, nurses, physician assistants, community health workers, outreach workers and medical assistants.
Our committed team is here to address your health concerns. Meet members of our outstanding team or read interviews with them as they voice their opinions on the state of health care, broccoli, peanut butter and you—their patient.

Call (310) 450-2191. Our trained Call Center team will assist you with any questions and schedule an appointment for you. Call Center hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to noon.

Walk-ins are welcome
Our address is 1711 Ocean Park Boulevard, Santa Monica, CA 90405. We are located on the north side of Ocean Park Boulevard between 17th and 18th streets.
We are open 55 hours each week for your convenience:
- Monday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Sunday, closed
And, we are open on certain holidays including Martin Luther King Day (January) for Family Practices services only, President’s Day (February) for Family Practice services only, Columbus Day (October) and Veterans Day (November) for all services. Please refer to our Calendar or call (310) 450-2191.
